chicken drumsticks (about 2 lbs)
- Heat oven to 425 degrees . In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper. Lightly beat eggs in a second dish. Combine Parmesan and bread crumbs in a third.
- Dip drumsticks in flour mixture, then eggs and finally bread crumb mixture. Place on a rack fitted into a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 35 minutes, until coating is crisp and drumsticks are cooked through.
